Use rotary vacuum evaporators for vacuum distillation of solvents at high or low temperatures, for vaccum drying of powders and solids, for evaporating heat-sensitive compounds, for degassing and for multiple extractions.

The pear-shaped evaporating flask is connected to a rotating glass steam duct. which runs through the drive units and into the stationary condenser. An easily inserted vacuum seal, is located in the condenser mouth.Vapors pass from the evaporator flask through the steam duct and into the condenser where they are condensed and collected in the receiving flask. An inlet feed tube at the upperend of the condenser is used for continuous feeding of liquid and to aerate the evaporator.

The rotating action of the evaporator increases the evaporation and insures even heating in the models with Microprocessor Digital Controlled Stainless Steel Boiling Water Bath.The solution to be concentrated is placed in the flasks, which rotates, mixing the solution and moving the liquid continuously upward.This action provides a large evaporating surface and in the water bath models. prevents over heating on the hot innerwall of the flask. By careful control of the speed of rotation and of the heat input, forming and bumping can be minimized. Cryostat baths are extensively manufactured for research work at desired temperature with perfect accuracy.

These Constant Temperature Baths are designed to carry out research work at desired temperatures with a high degree of accuracy. These are compact table top units fabricated out of sheet steel with a stainless Steel chamber having capacity of 12 litres. Refrigeration is achieved by means of a hermetically sealed compressor. The temperature is controlled by a digital temperature controller-cum-indicator. Fine tuning of the heating system ensure high accuracy within a limit of +/-0.1 deg C. The unit can be operated continuously and are equipped with bottom discharge.

High pressure, electrically heated vertical steam sterilizer is used for sterilization of surgical instruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic material by means of saturated steam under pressure of 15 psi. POTENIZER (BIG)

Zonotech  Potenizer electrical operated fitted with 1 HP foot mounted capacitor start motor having 30 RPM complete with arm and wooden carrierfor lifting the 6 no. amber bottle of 450ml. The suitably filled bottles fall at the height approx. 40cm on a base provided with cushion. Having and arrangement to stop after 10 stroke. Complete unit made of mild Steel nicely painted. Suitable for 220 volts. 5Ocy-AC/440 Volts. 3 Phase AC Supply.
* The above unit can also be provided with an extra wooden carrier to accommodate 100ml bottles.

Aesthetically designed cabinet gives a pleasant look. It is a free standing Castor mounted unit. It is supplied with a powerful double stage vacuum pump.

Hermetically sealed compressor gives temperature upto -40°C (at ambient temp. 20°C)

Condenser trap is provided of stainless steel dished bottom for complete effluent removal.

Refrigerant coils made of copper are PUF insulated for maximum efficiency.

DOSING :

1. Solvent will be fed in to 10ml / 15ml Bottle through injection
made of SS 316. Dosing Accuracy will be close to 1 3%
2. Dose Volume can be adjusted from 5ml. to 15 ml. as per
the requirement.
3. Dosing time : 1.5 sec to 2 sec. per cycle
 

DYNAMIZATION :

1. For Dynamization - vertical vibration
2.Vibration speed 60 RPM. Dilution is shaken for 10 strokes in 10 Sec.
3. Vibration time is 10 sec. per cycle.
4. The bottle rests on a spongy surface, so that each stoke ends in a Jerk.
5. Stroke height is between 10 to 15 cm.
 

EVACUATION :

1. Evacuation will be through air Compressor with dry filtered air.
2. Evacuation time 0.5-1 sec/cycle.
3. Amount of drug solution to be left inside the bottle can be adjusted as desired.
 

GENERAL FEATURES:

1. Digital electronic counters for indicating numbers of cycles completed (6 Digit counter)
2. Machine will completely stop automatically at the prefixed cycles number.
3. The machine accurately shuts down at pre-set numbers of performance / dilution. In case of power failure it
retains the data in memory and restarts the dilution from the stage it was shut off and continue to further stage.
